Like truffles, chocolates are $15.00 for a Large Box (12 count) or $12 for a Small Box (6 count). Or "Mix and Match" Truffles and other Chocolates in an assorted box for the same price. Feel free to mix and match your boxes of chocolates with truffles to make your own selection.

Molded Caramels

Dark or Milk Chocolate shells shaped and decorated and filled with our own very special caramel recipes - shapes will vary by season. COMING SOON - HEART SHAPED CARAMELS IN PINK AND RED! These will be available starting in MID-JANUARY.

Buried Treasure is our other molded caramel favorite. These are airbrushed dark chocolate gems filled with a butter rum caramel and macadamia nuts (also above). AVAILABLE NOW - also in dark or milk chocolate shell.

Also, back by popular demand are Peanut Butter Strata. A layer of peanut buttery cream sandwiched between two layers of our classic dark chocolate sea salt truffle ganache and dipped in dark chocolate.

FUDGE

We are pleased to be able to offer a changing selection of hand-crafted FUDGE, using only the highest quality ingredients. All Fudge is $12.00/pound. Fudge is available by special order in one pound increments. Please give us five days to specially prepare and package your order.
