Raspberry Bomb - dark chocolate soft-rolled truffle. Each truffle contains a fresh raspberry surprise surrounded by a spicy sweet chipotle dark chocolate. Rolled in cocoa.

Milk Chocolate Caramel Truffle - creamy handcrafted caramel mixed into a creamy milk chocolate. Dipped in milk chocolate, nut brittle sprinkle.

Champagne Truffle - Dark Chocolate truffle infused with the light fruity flavor of real champagne. Dusted with superfine sugar.

WE ALWAYS OFFER three standard truffle flavors ---> the Cognac, a Milk Chocolate selection (this month it is Milk Chocolate Sea Salt Truffle) and our very own CafeGoddess Truffle, the espresso .

COGNAC TRUFFLE - dark cognac chocolate filling, dipped in dark chocolate and lightly dusted with cocoa powder.

Our MILK CHOCOLATE SEA SALT- buttery milk chocolate, sea salt and ground pecans or smoked almonds.

CAFEGODDESS SPECIAL (Espresso) - Espresso milk chocolate creamy center with a bittersweet dark chocolate shell. Sprinkled with toasted cocao nibs for a little crunch.
